CollabQuote is Windows desktop software for creator brand deal pricing and business tracking. It helps structure commercial scope, quotes, invoices, payments and rights periods using the information and assumptions you provide.
Your decisions remain yours
Pricing guidance is decision support, not a universal market rate or a guarantee of a brand’s acceptance. The application does not provide full accounting, legal, contract-generation, or tax-preparation services, and it does not replace a qualified accountant, lawyer or tax professional.
Tax set-aside estimates are U.S.-focused planning tools. Check the supported tax year and version, adjust assumptions and obtain appropriate professional advice for your situation.
License, updates and compatibility
Your one-time purchase includes a perpetual CollabQuote license and updates within the major release you purchase. Future major upgrades are optional and priced separately. See the system requirements for Windows and installation details.
Your records and backups
Check your entries and agreed commercial terms for accuracy. Keep a separate backup and store its recovery information securely. Local-first software does not provide automatic recovery of records from a lost computer.
