1. Record the offer and clarify the scope
Enter the budget, deliverables and requested commercial permissions. Clarify usage duration, channels, paid advertising, whitelisting, exclusivity, revisions and any other conditions before settling on a quote.
2. Price, respond and agree
Review your configurable pricing assumptions. Create a quote or counteroffer and share it with the brand through your own channel. Record the agreed terms after acceptance. A quote does not replace a contract or legal review.
3. Complete the work and invoice
Track the collaboration through production and delivery. Generate the invoice for the agreed work and share the exported document through your usual email or communication channel. Payments are arranged outside CollabQuote.
4. Record payments and review rights
Record each full or partial payment. Keep due dates, outstanding balances and licensed usage periods up to date. Review upcoming rights expirations and decide whether a renewal conversation makes sense.
5. Back up your records
Keep an encrypted backup somewhere other than the computer itself. Make another before installing an update. Follow the instructions included with the application for the exact export and restore steps.
